Our Return Policy

Shipping costs will not be paid by Kite's Grille and Bar when returning an item due to general dissatisfaction or purchaser regret. If you wish to return for one of these reasons and received your package via UPS or FedEx, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our offices at 785-341-5734 to discuss the reason for your return.
2. Pack the item so that it is secure and won't be damaged.
3. Ship the package to the address above.

Note: Federal law prohibits items that use flammable liquids or gas from being returned through the mail, but we don't sell those so it shouldn't be a problem.
